كشفت وزارة التربية والتعليم أنها تعتزم فتح تحقيق مع إدارة مدرسة خاصة متهمة بمنح كويتيين شهادات بمعدلات مرتفعة، وذلك لمعرفة تفاصيل الموضوع واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الرادعة في حال ثبوت أية مخالفة من المدرسة المعنية.
وكانت صحيفة «الوطن» الكويتية نشرت قبل أيام أن هناك عددا من المدارس الخاصة ببعض الدول منحت الطلاب الكويتيين شهادات الثانوية العامة بمعدلات مرتفعة، ما أثار أسئلة عن مستواهم ومدى أهليتهم للحصول على هذه الدرجات واستفادوا من هذا الوضع لمنافسة الطلبة الكويتيين الآخرين.
وإثر ذلك وجّه وزير التربية والتعليم ماجد النعيمي الملحق الثقافي البحريني بدولة الكويت بمخاطبة الصحيفة رسميا لتزويده باسم المدرسة البحرينية الخاصة المشار إليها في الخبر والتي يدرس فيها الطلبة الكويتيون الذين أثيرت شبهات حول نتائجهم، فتم تزويد الملحق الثقافي باسم المدرسة البحرينية الخاصة.

مهزلة التعليم في البحرين اصبحت لا تطاق.... فبتنا محطه لشراء الشهادات، فعلا امر مضحك ويجلب الانحطاط
