يقول احد الاشخاص..
هذه الواقعه رايتها بنفسى امام احدى دوائر الجنح المستأنفه منذ عام تقريبا
حضر المتهم بشخصه فى الرول وقال للقاضى انه موقع على شيك بمبلغ مائة الف جنيه ومحكوم عليه بالحبس سنتين وقال ان فى هذه الحقيبه مبلغ خمسة وتسعون الف جنيها اعرضهم على المجنى عليه الحاضر بالجلسه وقام بفتح الحقيبه وبها المبلغ وقرر انه كان تاجر كبير وباع كل شىء لكى يجمع هذا المبلغ ولا يستطيع تدبير سواه ويطلب من المجنى عليه ان يسامحه فى الخمسة الاف الباقيه او يجدولها له او يكتب له ايصال جديد بهم...

وعندما عرض رئيس الدائره على المجنى عليه ذلك...

رد على الفور لا انا مش هاخد المبلغ انا عايزه يتحبس...

وسط استغراب واندهاش جميع الحضور...

وعندها قال القاضى للمتهم هل معك احد بالجلسه فقال له نعم زوجتى هنا قال له اعطى لها حقيبه النقود
فاعطاها المتهم لزوجته
وعلى الفور وبعد التحدث مع العضوين
نطق القاضى بالحكم فى المواجهه...

حكمت المحكمه بتعديل الحكم الى حبس اسبوعين...

وهنا صفق جميع الحضور للمحكمه...[/align]
