10 دنانير غرامة بيع الدجاج الميت

المنطقة الدبلوماسية- علي طريف

حكمت المحكمة الصغرى الجنائية الثانية برئاسة القاضي مفتاح سليم وأمانة سر هاشم رفاعي بتغريم متهمين بنغاليين يبيعان دجاجاً ميتاً في منطقة النعيم 10 دنانير لكل منهما.

وتشير تفاصيل القضية إلى أن دورية أمنية أثناء دوامها في منطقة المنامة وردها بلاغ عن وجود بنغاليين يقومان ببيع دجاج ميت ومريض، وبناء على البلاغ المقدم توجهت الدورية الأمنية إلى المحل وشاهدت الدجاج الميت داخل أقفاص بالمحل وآثار الدماء للدجاج المذبوح بالطريق، كما أن المحل غير مرخص، وبناء على ما شاهدته الدورية الأمنية حضر مفتش من وزارة الصحة لمعاينة المحل وضبط المتهمين.

وكان أهالي النعيم ووافدون تقدموا ببلاغ إلى مركز الشرطة بشأن وجود دماء أمام محل لبيع الخضراوات والفواكه، وبعد التحري شاهد رجال الشرطة المتهمين وهما يقومان بذبح دجاج ميت، ولاحظوا في المكان أيضاً دجاجاً مذبوحاً بلا رقاب، وباشرت بالقبض على المتهمين اللذين كانا يديران محلاً غير مرخّص، ويقيمان في البلاد بطريقة غير شرعية. وقدّر قاطنون في تلك المنطقة أن المتهمين باعا أكثر من 50 دجاجة ميتة بسعر 700 فلس للواحدة.

على اي اساس تم تحديد الغرامة !!!!!!!

هل يعقل ان تكون الغرامة المرورية اكثر من غرامة بيع الدجاج الفاسد !!!!!

العيب مو في القاضي بل العيب في قانون الصحه العامه اللي وردت فيه العقوبه
