السلام عليكم

أولاً نشكرك على السؤال المتميز.

بالنسبة لي أقبل بشرط أن لا تكون جريمة أغتصاب أو إعتداء على العرض أو من الجرائم الماشة بأمن الدولة الداخلي والخارجي.

أما غير ذلك فلا مانع خاصة إذا كان الدفاع ينصب على الاجراءات الجوهرية التي يجب مراعتها.
