تنظم النيابة العامة بالتعاون مع المعهد العربي لحقوق الإنسان، في الفترة من 22 حتى 24 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني الجاري، دورة تدريبية لأعضاء النيابة العامة وعدد من القضاة وبعض القانونيين من جهات رسمية بالبحرين.
وأشار المحامي العام، القائم بأعمال المحامي العام الأول حميد حبيب أحمد إلى أن ''برنامج الدورة، سيتضمن 3 محاور رئيسية، وهي حقوق الإنسان من حيث التعريف والتصنيف والمنظومة الدولية والهيئات المعنية بها والإجراءات التعاقدية وغير التعاقدية المقررة لحمايتها ومراقبة إبعادها''.
وتابع ''المحور الثاني هو استعراض للمبادئ التوجيهية بشأن دور أعضاء النيابة وفق مبادئ مؤتمر هافانا 1990 أما المحور الثالث فهو معايير المحاكمة العادلة والقواعد النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء والعقوبات البديلة لعقوبة السجن''.
يحاضر في الدورة النائب العام علي بن فضل البوعينين، والخبيران الدوليان في مجال حقوق الإنسان طاهر جلال، ومحمود قنديل.

والله هذه الدورة المفروض ياخذها كل من في هذا المجال عشان تزيد من خبراتهم وانخاطهم في عملهم النيابي بصورة افضل وان شاء الله يستفيدون منها.
