برنامج كلية الحقوق
الدرجة : ماجستير في القانون
تكون متطلبات نيل درجة الماجستير على دراسة (33) ثلاثاُ وثلاثين ساعة معتمدة حسب الخطة الدراسة التي تتضمن قائمتين إجبارية واختيارية. وتتضمن خطة القائمة الإجبارية التي خصصت لها (18) ساعة ثمانية عشر ساعة معتمدة تتم فيها دراسة معمقة في المقررات الآتية:-
القانون الجنائي
القانون الإداري
القانون الدولي العام
القانون المدني
القانون التجاري
الملكية الفكرية

وقائمة المقررات الاختيارية وهي بواقع (6) ساعات متعمدة يتم فيها دراسة مقررين من المقررات الآتية دراسة معمقة :-
المحاكم الجنائية الدولية
القانون الدستوري والنظم السياسية
حقوق الإنسان
قانون التجارة الدولية والعقود الإلكترونية
القانون الدولي الخاص
المالية العامة والتشريع المالي
فلسفة القانون
الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله

ويشمل نظام الماجستير برسالة إعداد رسالة جامعية يكتبها الطالب تخصص لها (9) ساعات معتمدة إلى جانب دراسة المقررات بالوضع سالف الذكر
