لماذا في رأيك جعل القانون جريمة السب أوالقذف عن طريق النشر من أختصاص الكبري الجنائيه مع انها جنحة وليست جنايه

لا أرى غاية لذلك فالجنحة يجب أن تنظر أمام المحكمة الصغرى.

وقد يكون سبب ذلك صدور قانون الصحافة والنشر قبل صدور قانون الاجراءات الجنائية.

نتمنى معرفة الاجابة الصحيحة .
